A Case Study Facebook
This is a case study done about how a company made their business much more recognized.
- The Starbucks Facebook fan page. The page incorporates great videos, varied content, and has active engagement with the fans. But what makes it truly exceptional, is its use of status updates.
Status updates are important in any fan page as keeping the page fresh with new content and information gives fans a reason to return. Many companies struggle to understand how best to use updates or either don’t use them at all. Starbucks, on the other hand, has established a good frequency of updates, sharing something new every couple of days. More importantly, the content is varied, fun, and interesting. They share videos, blog posts about all aspects of coffee including how to grow coffee beans, articles about Starbucks and Starbucks employees. As a result, every update would recieve thousands of comments. (mashables.com)

Cyber Wellness Tips
So, I got some cyber wellness tips for you. I've got 4, to be exact. Here we go;
- When updating you facebook profile page for example, refrain from giving out too much personal information. Do not put down you handphone number, home address and other things that an lead people to knowing where exactly you could be at a certain time.
Do not download anything that is not yours without the owner's permission. If there is the copyright sign, it means that if you get caught downloading it, you might have to pay a fee or go to jail. Maybe both! Don't do it if you know its wrong.
- Do not meet up with people you come across with in chatrooms. Even if you want to, meet in a public place or bring an older brother or guy relative with you.
- When unsure if what you are about to do is right or wrong, ask a teacher, your parents or call a cyber wellness team hotline.
I hope you liked it. :D

Dangers of Facebook
Facebook. A LOT of us are on it. The question is, is it safe? I'm here again to tell you the dangers of Facebook! So.. Those who give too much of their personal information away can be the victims of horrible things. For example: - Some who we make friends with might have bad intention. If you make it known that you are a child of wealthy parents, they could try to turn your 'friendship' into something that will make you go at any expense to probably meet that person. When you do, he would then kidnap you. Next, he would ask your parents to pay a large amount of money to get you back. This can make your family turn from rich to poor.
- Sometimes, we make enemies unknowingly. When we post our pictures online, anyone is free to copy it. they can draw offensive things on it or cut&paste your face onto something, like a donkey. This can be known as Cyberbullying.
- The thing about facebook applications like Petsociety, Wheel of Fortune, Millionare City, etc, they 'need' you to return to Facebook every single day. when you do, you become addicted. Then, you can start to forget doing your homework, thus earning you a scolding from your teacher. Next, you could become anti-social because you don't hang out with your friends. You'll change into this zombie in real life, only active online. You will also probably get banned from using the computer at home for your odd behaviour, causing conflict between you and your parents. Life will be HORRIBLE.
- One other horrifying thing that could happen when we post too much of our personal information, is that people can start to stalk you. Your every move being watched, don't you find it freaky? Especially when that person becomes obsess with you. O.o
I have to say, my ideas are kind of gory. Well, that's all for now! See you again. :D
